As the latest addition to esmo's automated ATE manipulator family. Titan is specifically designed to handle large, heavy ATE test heads. The current maximum load capacity is 1100kg and it's capable of fully automated handling of ATE test heads, as well as precise and efficient automatic docking with prober. This significantly enhances the level of automation and operational convenience during the testing process, providing customers with a stable and reliable solution for the handling of heavy-duty test head.
